This #PilotBrew was made with 10 pounds of honey from Honeypot Hives of Provincetown. The addition of lemon ginger tea complements the sweetness of local honey and gives the beer depth of flavor. The body is moderately hefty, as is characteristic of an American wheat beer. Made exclusively for the 3rd Annual Bee Ball – an event of the Barnstable County Beekeepers Association.
OG: 16.0 °P ABV: 7.0% IBUs: 6.1
Malts: Pale Wheat & Vienna
Hops: Mandarina Bavaria
