Beer Release: Big DIPAH #6

Sit back, relax & enjoy the night sky. Unless you’re looking at the North Star (which you can easily find using the Big Dipper), it’s not the same sky season to season. In a similar fashion, this brew is a double IPA that we’ve decided to change every season so we can feature new ingredients & give you something new & different to try with each batch.
DIPAH #6 is finally here and back with TWO new Cryo hops –Motueka & Nelson Sauvin. Cryo hops mean this beer has big, intense hop flavors! This version of DIPAH is brewed with Motueka, known for its zesty, fresh crushed citrus flavors – they say it has a Mojito-like character! Then we dry-hopped this batch with Nelson Sauvin, bringing out notes of white wine and a nice dry finish. DIPAH #6 is lighter in color, pouring a hazy yellow but it remains insanely delicious!
