This month’s Dry Hop Du Jour: Centennial Pale Ale!
This is an American Pale Ale that has a smooth mouthfeel and a subtle bite for a nicely balanced flavor. This ale has been dry-hopped with Centennial hops to enhance the floral and citrus aromas. It will be available at the brewery on Friday, August 20th on draft only!
