Beer Release: DIPAH #4

Sit back, relax & enjoy the night sky. Unless you’re just looking at the North Star (which you can easily find using the Big Dipper), it’s not the same sky season to season. In a similar fashion, this brew is a double IPA that we’ve decided to change every season so we can feature new ingredients & give you something new & different to try with each batch.
We have been extremely satisfied with the result of this Double IPA using Cryo hops so we are continuing on with a different variety… this time Idaho 7! Idaho 7 is a dual-purpose hop known for its intense aroma and flavor of berry, tropical fruits & citrus. Just like DIPAH #3 this version was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin to keep that pungent white wine, grape flavor aroma. DIPAH #4 pours a hazy yellow color and absolutely burst with flavor!
OG: 20.3 ABV: 8.6% IBUs: 25
