Description: Hoppy & sharp
The base beer of this cask, Bitter End Imperial IPA, is brewed in the tradition of the great Imperial IPAs of the West Coast packing massive amounts of hop flavor and aroma into a medium-bodied, unfiltered brew. We’ve added Citra & more Falconer’s Flight to further augment the fresh hop aromas. The natural carbonation of the cask lends an additional smoothness to the texture of this popular brew.
OG: 19.3°P ABV: 8.3% IBUs: 100+
Malts: Pale, Wheat, Munich, Vienna, and Cara-pils
Hops: Cascade, Chinook, CTZ, Falconer’s Flight & 7Cs
Dry Hops: Falconer’s Flight, Citra
