Nothing screams Memorial Day Weekend on Cape Cod like Baby Back BBQ Ribs and an ice cold Cape Cod Beer!
And thanks to some help from our friend Jason Siscoe from the Riverway Lobster House and the Kalmus Beach Snack Bar, we have some lovely racks of Baby Back Ribs to offer you for your holiday long weekend!
The BBQ & Beer Bundle, priced at $30, and available for pre-order and curbside pickup includes:
- 2.25 pound of skinless loin back ribs
- 4 oz of dry rub spices
- 8 oz of barbecue sauce
- instructions on how to prepare and cook your ribs
- and a 4 pack of 16 oz cans of your favorite Cape Cod Beer.
Because meat is getting tough to find, or you might have guests visiting from out of town, you can also order extra racks with sauce and rub for $18.
About the ribs: The ribs are hand trimmed, and squared off at the ends, with the brisket bone, skirt meat, and excess fat removed so you’re left with nothing but pure goodness. Each rack includes a minimum of 12 ribs per slab. All racks will be frozen and uncooked at pickup. We are keeping them frozen so in case you might want to put them directly into your freezer for later use or in case the weather is an issue. They will easily and safely thaw for Memorial Day weekend use in your refrigerator.
All bundles will include cooking instructions either for your oven or finishing on the grill, but grilling is not necessary.
Please ORDER BY 6pm on Thursday May 21st, and pickup your order on Friday May 22nd between the hours of Noon and 6pm.
