Attendees should bring water and a yoga mat or towel to utilize during class. Ripstix will be provided. All attendees will enjoy a beer or cider of their choice and browse SLYK products after class! This event is 21+.
Calmer Choice is a universal prevention program committed to teaching young people how to effectively and safely manage stress and resolve conflict so that they live healthy and successful lives. The organization’s goal is to provide skills that will diminish the risk of violence, substance abuse and other self-destructive behaviors.
POUND – Rockout. Workout. is a cardio jam session inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND was designed to transform drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
