Big DIPAH #10

Description: Hazy, juicy & tropical!
DIPAH #10 is brewed with Mosaic hops, creating a foundation of berry, bubblegum, and pine. Then we cranked the dial with a double dry hop of Krush (formerly HBC 586) Cryo, known for its intense tropical aroma. The result is an ultra-juicy Double IPA with notes of mango, guava, lychee, and citrus zest, wrapped in a smooth, hazy body and balanced bitterness. Creating a flavorful experience from start to finish.

Big DIPAH #9

Description: Hazy, hoppy & bursting with citrus flavor!
For our 9th installment in the Big DIPAH series, we decided to work with two hops bursting with citrus. DIPA #9 has a healthy dose of Citra hops in the whirlpool to add its classic floral flavors with bright citrus and grapefruit. For our double dry hop this round, we chose to work with a brand new hop from Yakima chief, KRUSH! KRUSH was previously known as HBC 586 and is widely known for its exceptional ripe citrus flavors and aromas making it a match made in heaven to pair with Citra! For DIPA #9, expect a complex fruit cocktail with potent flavors and aromas of ripe peach, berries, fresh mango and orange, and a soft, fluffy bitterness.

We got our hands on a new experimental hop called HBC 1019 for this fresh batch of DIPAH! This version is brewed with Nelson Sauvin and then dry-hopped with HBC 1019, creating a flawless fusion of white wine & tropical citrus flavors. Think mimosa – but as a hazy double IPA! DIPAH #8 is insanely delicious and incredibly refreshing, perfect for the hot days of summer.

This beer has big, intense hop flavor and unmistakable aromas of the tropics. The Nectaron hops attack your tastebuds with notes of pineapple, passionfruit, peach and grapefruit. This batch of DIPAH is insanely delicious and will leave you reaching for another glass!

DIPAH #6 is finally here and back with TWO new Cryo hops –Motueka & Nelson Sauvin. Cryo hops mean this beer has big, intense hop flavors! This version of DIPAH is brewed with Motueka, known for its zesty, fresh crushed citrus flavors – they say it has a Mojito-like character! Then we dry-hopped this batch with Nelson Sauvin, bringing out notes of white wine and a nice dry finish. DIPAH #6 is lighter in color, pouring a hazy yellow but remains insanely delicious!

We’re calling this one Bittah DIPAH… weighing in at 80 IBU and brewed with the same hop variety as our imperial IPA, Bitter End! This version of DIPAH bursts with pungent flavors of tropical fruit, lemon, and grapefruit. We took it to the next level by dry hopping it with Citra to add that citrusy aroma to perfectly balance the beer’s natural bitterness. DIPAH #5 pours that hazy yellow color and remains insanely delicious.

Another DIPAH means another Cryo hop… this time we’re using Idaho 7! Idaho 7 is a dual-purpose hop known for its intense aroma and flavor of berry, tropical fruits & citrus. Just like DIPAH #3 this version was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin to keep that pungent white wine, grape flavor aroma. This beer pours a hazy yellow color and absolutely burst with flavor!

Big DIPAH #3 or “12GU”

DIPAH #2 was a hit so this time we tried a new type of Cryo hops! DIPAH #3 was brewed with El Dorado Cryo. El Dorado hops add strong flavors of stone fruits and tropical fruits with subtle undertones of citrus. Then we double dry-hopped this brew with Nelson Sauvin which added a white wine & grape flavor & aroma. This version of DIPAH had a strong focus on BIG flavors that we haven’t used very often. It is even lighter in color than DIPAH #2, pouring hazy yellow color that is still insanely delicious!

Big DIPAH #2

Description: Bright, hazy with true orange flavor!
When brewing the second version of Big DIPAH, we decided to take a different approach and try our hand in Cryo Hops. Cryo hop pellets are concentrated lupulin of whole leaf hops designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. In this version, we dry-hopped this Double IPA with Amarillo Cryo. The addition of Amarillo Cryo created BIG flavors of orange, melon, and peaches with strong floral aromas. This brew is a little less boozy than DIPAH #1 focusing on flavor, aroma & mouthfeel. It is lighter in color, pouring a hazy yellow color that is just insanely delicious.
