The Cape Cod Science Cafe is an outreach effort of the Northeastern Local Section of the American Chemical Society organized by Cape Cod residents Jennifer Maclachlan and Jack Driscoll. This Climate Science Cafe features an interactive presentation by guest lecturer and Associate Professor of Chemistry and Environmental Sciences from Univeristy of Toledo, Dr. Andy Jorgensen, on the fascinating topic of climate science. Climate science disruption is particularly interesting and relevant to inhabitants of Cape Cod because of their personal familiarity with the Cape’s fragile ecosystem. This a a FREE event. Registration is required. Must be 21+ years of age to attend. Cash bar. This Cape Cod Science Cafe event is part of Climate Disruption: Northeast Tour 2016 and will include a kickoff event on June 17 from 7PM to 9PM at Cape Cod Beer
