Beer Release: Big DIPAH #9

Sit back, relax & enjoy the night sky. Unless you’re just looking at the North Star (which you can easily find using the Big Dipper), it’s not the same sky season to season. In a similar fashion, this brew is a double IPA that we’ve decided to change every season so we can feature new ingredients & give you something new & different to try with each batch.

Big DIPAH #9 is here on Thursday, October 31st! For our 9th installment in the Big DIPAH series, we decided to work with two hops bursting with citrus. DIPA #9 has a healthy dose of Citra hops in the whirlpool to add its classic floral flavors with bright citrus and grapefruit. For our double dry hop this round, we chose to work with a brand new hop from Yakima chief, KRUSH! KRUSH was previously known as HBC 586 and is widely known for its exceptional ripe citrus flavors and aromas making it a match made in heaven to pair with Citra! For DIPA #9, expect a complex fruit cocktail with potent flavors and aromas of ripe peach, berries, fresh mango and orange, and a soft, fluffy bitterness.
