Cape Cod Beer Elderberry Saison Association to Preserve Cape Cod APCC

Style: Farmhouse Ale

Description: Dry & tart

This saison is brewed with Sorachi Ace, a hop that was originally developed in Japan. This hop is cultivated from the famed Brewer’s Gold and Saaz hops and is known for its lemony flavor. The addition of dried elderberries adds a tart fruitiness to the bright citrus tones of the saison that finishes dry. This beer was created using a fruit native to Cape Cod in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the Association to Preserve Cape Cod.

OG: 11.0 °P  ABV: 5.25%   IBUs: 18

Malts: Pilsner, Vienna & Wheat

Hops: Sorachi Ace
