December’s Pilot Brew is Salted Caramel Milk Stout
Brewed by CCB Brewer Sydney Kalweit, this beer is made with 8 different malts: Pale, Crystal 45, Crystal 65, Crystal 120, Dark Wheat, Chocolate, Black and Flaked Barley, with the addition of Lactose (for creaminess), and infused with homemade salted caramel to compliment the delicious roastiness of this brew.
