Beer Release: Vanilla Latte White Stout

For February’s pilot, we’re brewing something different but delicious! Our Vanilla Latte White Stout!
White Stouts are a style of beer that mimics the flavors of a traditional stout while remaining a lighter color. This Vanilla Latte White Stout was brewed with oats and lactose to create the thicker, creamier body that is often associated with stouts. It was then conditioned on espresso beans from Three Fins Coffee to create that nice roasty quality that a traditional stout has. To add some more flavor, we then conditioned this brew on vanilla beans to add some sweetness. The combination of flavors results in a light-colored beer with a bit of haze, a full body, a creamy mouthfeel, and latte-like goodness.
ABV: 5.5% IBU: 14.6
