Beer Release: Cascadian Dark Ale

Our next small-batch brew is here, Cascadian Dark Ale!
In honor of National IPA Day on August 1st, we’ve brewed a small batch Cascadian Dark Ale (also known as a Black IPA). This brew is dark like a stout or porter but has the hop bitterness of an IPA. Despite its color, this beer is hop-focused with a dark malt bill that is supportive but not overpowering. The Northwest hops bring out prominent flavors of citrus and pine that balance beautifully with the malty notes of delicious chocolate and coffee. It’s bold with a smooth mouthfeel and a dry finish. Afraid of the dark? We double-dog dare you to try it!
This brew is available Thursday, August 1st! It will only be on draft at the brewery, come by and try some before it’s gone!
