You asked… Here are the answers. And yes, all these questions have been asked… Seriously.
1. How long is your tour?
2. Are guided tours only on Saturdays? At 11 am?
3. I’m running late. Will you hold the tour for me?
No. Check-in will start promptly at 11:00 am. If you are not on time, your spot will be forfeited and someone on the “no show/cancellation” wait list will be able to join, assuming we have a wait list.
4. I have 3 people in my group, but only 2 tickets are available online. Can you accommodate an additional person?
We can’t make any guarantees, but please contact a Taproom Brew Crew member at (508) 790-4200 ext. 109
5. I purchased reservations in advance, but I am not able to make it. Can I transfer or get a refund?
No. Due to the limited number of spots available, we are not able to transfer or refund.
6. I purchased tickets. Will I get them in the mail?
No. You will get an email confirmation and your ticket(s) will be placed on a “will call” list. You just need your name to check in.
7. Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, sort of. But please let us know in advance as some of the production spaces are tighter than others for wheelchairs. The tour does include tighter spaces, uneven surfaces and a general lack of seating throughout.
8. Do you have someone to watch children if we don’t have enough adults?
No. We don’t offer childcare services.
9. I see that you are dog friendly, but dogs aren’t allowed on the tour. Do you have someone to watch our dog so we can go on the guided tour?
No. We don’t offer doggy daycare services either.
