Celebration of Life for Horst Genten

Our dear friend Horst Genten passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on September 9, 2021. See his obituary here

His friends and family wanted to gather to celebrate the life of this wonderful man, and whether you knew Horst as a relative, friend, colleague, fellow craftsman, or fellow homebrewer, you had to know of his love of beer. So it seemed only appropriate when planning a celebration of life for our wonderful German Homebrewing Friend that we host it at a place that meant a lot to him – the home of his beloved Cape Cod Lager and Ale Makers (CCLAMS) homebrew club, and a business that he supported since its inception with his carpentry skills and as a dedicated customer over the last 17.5 years – Cape Cod Beer.

So please join us at the brewery on Sunday November 21st from 11am to 2pm for a pint or two of beer and the sharing of heartfelt memories – something we know Horst would truly appreciate and approve of – at Cape Cod Beer in Hyannis.
