Hopeful Outreach is a Cape Cod Non-profit who’s dedicated to connecting the unhoused to vital resources. Hopeful Outreach has been a beacon of support since its establishment. With focuses on providing emergency shelter, essential supplies, and personalized case management services, their unwavering dedication has already made a great impact on the Cape Cod Community!
Stop by the brewery to learn more about the non-profit’s mission and donate socks or gift cards for the homeless on Cape Cod! Red River BBQ will be onsite serving up a delicious menu and Chris LeBeau will be taking the stage from 5-8pm to bring you Free Live Music!
