Hoops and Hops for December 11th is SOLD OUT!
Hula hoop fitness is fun & exciting! Plus you can do it just about anywhere. Cape Fit Hoops is offering classes at Cape Cod Beer selected Wednesdays each month.
Classes are 6:15 pm-7:45 pm.
Advance tickets suggested. Let us know if you have a hoop or need to borrow one!Each class is $20.00 per person and includes a pint of Cape Cod Beer at the end! Purchase your tickets HERE!
