All bundles will include cooking instructions either for your oven or finishing on the grill, but grilling is not necessary.
About the ribs: The ribs are hand trimmed, and squared off at the ends, with the brisket bone, skirt meat, and excess fat removed so you’re left with nothing but pure goodness. Each rack includes a minimum of 12 ribs per slab. All racks will be frozen and uncooked at pickup. We are keeping them frozen so in case you might want to put them directly into your freezer for later use or in case the weather is an issue. They will easily and safely thaw for Labor weekend use in your refrigerator.
