About Pilot Beers:
We love beer! And of course, we love experimenting with interesting beers! That’s why we’ve started our Pilot Brew program. Each month we brew a single barrel of a different experimental beer on our Pilot System.
The Pilot System is a 1 BBL (31 gallons), 3 vessel, all grain brewing system with a single fermenter that allows us to make small batches of fun and unusual beers. Each Pilot Brew is a limited release – only 250 pints of each beer is produced. Pilot Brews are only available by the pint at the brewery.
