Pilot Release: Pina Colada Sour Ale

This light bodied sour ale is as crushable as it gets, perfect for a scorching hot day! Nice & sweet compliments of the added lactose sugar, this beer was then conditioned on one pound of unsweeted, toasted coconut! We then added ELEVEN pounds of natural pineapple puree. The finished product is a perfect representation of a tart pina colada!
OG: 16.8°P ABV: 6.0% IBU: 25
