March 17, 2018 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

A St. Paddy’s Day Fundraiser to Help Fundraise for Tufts Medical Center
Come Get Your Irish On

Brew Crew Member, Brother, Runner – John McGinley

Cape Cod Beer Brew Crew Member John McGinley will be running the Boston Marathon on April 16, 2018, in memory of two incredible men in his life.  The first is his brother, Jim McGinley who lost his battle with cancer in February of 2016 at the age of 31.  The second is John’s good friend Ryan Sebastian, who lost his battle with cancer in June of 2017 at the age of 29.  Both men were new husbands and fathers; Jim left behind a wife and a son who was born a month after his passing while Ryan left behind a wife and a newborn son he met for only a matter of days.  Both of these incredible men excelled in their personal lives as well as their professional careers; they are both gone but not forgotten.

John is making the 26.2-mile journey to raise vital funds for Tufts Medical Center. Funds raised through Team Tufts MC go toward their mission of providing compassionate care, conducting life-changing research and educating future physicians and scientists – all while keeping their patients at the center of everything they do.   Pints for a Purpose will help John raise money in memory of his brother and his cherished friend – please join us.
