Spring Beer Dinner with Chef Jay Powell at Cape Cod Beer

Twisted Chef Jay Powell is BACK to show you what he’s made of with a FIVE COURSE dinner and beer pairing right here at the brewery! He has put together a delicious menu paired with five different Cape Cod Beers.

Join us at the brewery on Thursday, April 29th at 6:30 to enjoy a delicious meal and hear from both Chef Jay Powell and brewmaster, Todd Marcus on how the menu was created and how we chose to pair our beers!

Tables will be sold as tables of four. $50 per person. There will be limited socially-distant seating inside our taproom.

Beer Dinner Menu:

Course 1: English Spring Pea Bisque

Not your Grandmas Pea Soup – Its Light, Airy, and full of fresh English Pea Flavor

Paired with Saison

Course 2: Smoked Pork Belly Confit

Served on a bed of Cheesy Grits and a Sherry Reduction

Paired with Buster Brown Ale

Course 3: Spring Salad

Mixed Salad Greens with fruit and goat cheese, grilled scallops, bacon, and a 10-year aged Balsamic Vinaigrette

Paired with Pilsener

Course 4: Pan Seared Duck Breast

Blackberry and Merlot Demi, Potato and Celery Root Puree

Paired with Porter

Course 5: Key Lime Cheesecake

Spring Cherries & Peaches, Chantilly Cream

Paired with Hot Blonde
