Spring Beer Dinner with Chef Jay Powell!

Twisted Chef Jay Powell is BACK to show you what he’s made of with a FIVE COURSE dinner and beer pairing right here at the brewery! He has put together a delicious menu paired with five different Cape Cod Beers.
Join us at the brewery on Thursday, May 25th at 6:30pm to enjoy a delicious meal and hear from both Chef Jay Powell and Cape Cod Beer’s Lead Brewer, Logan, on how the menu was created and how we chose to pair our beers!
Tables will be sold as tables of two & four. $60 per person.
Beer Dinner Menu:
Course 1: English Spring Pea Soup paired with Big Sea Saison
A creamy and velvety bisque made with Spring English Peas.
Course 2: Twisted Tuna Tartare Stack paired with Cape Cod Summer
Fresh ahi tuna with a spicy lemon aioli topped with pickled wild ramp & fiddlehead served over a crispy potato pancake.
Course 3: Crispy Pork Belly Burnt End paired with Trippy Berry Sour
Delicious, slow-roasted pork belly perfectly crisp and served over parmesan polenta then finished with a fruity strawberry glaze.
Course 4: Prosciutto, Spinach & Provolone stuffed Teres Major paired with DIPAH #5
Incredibly tender steak stuffed with prosciutto, spinach & provolone. Sliced thin, seared to perfection, and served medium rare over a pool of bearnaise sauce.
Course 5: Monte Blanc paired with Blueberry Coffee Porter
Buttery, moist pound cake served with Robbie’s vanilla ice cream and topped with sweet white chocolate sauce.
