Our Summer Retail Associate jobs are primarily retail and customer oriented – providing an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience to each and every person who walks through the door, which includes and is not limited to: helping customers, giving tastings, serving pints of beer, cleaning up, dusting and stocking shelves, pricing items and cleaning and filling/refilling growlers.  Occasionally there are other “fun” jobs – like painting kegs, or helping out sales, distribution or production.  That’s just how a small brewery works!

Hourly wage is $13.50 – $14.50 per hour depending on experience. 30- 40 hrs/wk, Temporary/Seasonal.


  • Must be 21 years of age – No exceptions.
  • Must be able to work Full Time between mid May through September 6th ( Labor Day) – No exceptions.  For college students, we WILL check your school calendar.
  • Must be able to work weekends and after hour brewery events as needed.
  • Must have housing and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • You must not have any vacation planned during this period.
  • Must have a good personality, be great with customers, have the ability to go with the flow and not be afraid of hard work.
  • TIPS certification, CICERONE training, and ability to work a crowd a plus.

We have fun here at Cape Cod Beer, but working in a brewery in the summer will certainly not be the easiest job you’ve ever had.  Please consider this before applying.
