Indoor Space & Safety Protocols

As we transition from our outdoor beer garden to our indoor beer garden, we thought it was important to highlight the safety precautions we are taking to ensure that you enjoy your time with us at the brewery. Please know that the safety of our customers & our staff is our number one priority.

Layout:

We have 14 seating areas, a mix of bistro tables, couches, and high tops with stools. Our tables are all set 6 feet apart. Most of our tables can comfortably fit 6 people. Each table and chair is sanitized between each seating. This is our warehouse, so the ceilings are very high which makes it feel even more spacious. (See photos below)

Ordering process:

Our ordering process is streamlined to keep our customers & brew crew safe. When you get seated, the hostess will give you two menu forms (drinks & food) and a sanitized golf pencil. Then you will fill out the drink form & the food form for the entire table. Then one person brings both forms to the retail counter (with your mask on). There you will start a tab for your drinks and place your food order. You will not be allowed to get your first round of drinks without a food order (shareables count). You will be offered more drink order forms at the counter. Then the brew crew will deliver the beers to your table. JP’s Twisted BBQ will bring the food to your table and you will pay them when it is delivered. When you are done at your table, one person will go back up to the retail counter to close the tab and purchase beer to take home if you wish. We ask that you & your party clear your table of trash so that our crew does not need to take care of your germy mess.

Things to note:

  • We are not doing tours or tastings at this time to limit touch points between customers and brew crew.
  • Masks are required to be worn at all times except when seated at your table.
  • We do not accept reservations. Tables are first come, first seated. Our tables comfortably seat 6 people.
  • If at any point, you feel uncomfortable with our procedure, a crew member, or another guest in the building please let one of the brew crew members know immediately. The safety of our customers & our staff is our number one priority.
  • All materials used from ordering to beers being served are disposable or highly sanitized. Our menus are paper, our cups are plastic, our pencils are sanitized between each use.
  • All brew crew members & kitchen staff are masked at all times.
  • Plastic shields are placed at the retail counter for extra protection through the ordering process.
