JOB OPENING: Brewery Maintenance Technician – Part Time

This is a new position for Cape Cod Beer, and we are looking for someone part time, year-round, likely 10-20 hours a week, with some flexibility on hours, with occasional special projects.

The perfect candidate is someone whom their friends and family claims “can fix anything”… and the anything at Cape Cod Beer can include, but not be limited to:

  • pumps and hoses
  • doors & door closures
  • sinks & toilets
  • small motors
  • refrigeration equipment
  • lighting & electrical
  • tables and chairs

Sometimes it can’t be fixed in-house (hello boiler and forklift!) but they would be the person diagnosing the problem and calling in the experts. Excellent troubleshooting skills required. Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and blueprints essential.

The ability to help train our team on how to not break things, or to diagnose and fix things themselves would likely be a helpful skill for this position.

Position reports directly to the President, who currently does this job because he “can fix just about anything”.

Pay commensurate with experience. If you have the skills, please apply, and we’ll figure out how to work together!
