The next addition to the “Get Roasted Series”.

This Mexican coffee oatmeal stout features cinnamon and Altura Chiapas coffee beans grown in the southernmost mountainous region of Mexico, roasted to perfection by our friends at Cape Cod Coffee.  All the ingredients blend together perfectly to bring the traditional flavors of Mexico to life.  La Calavera Catrina translates to “Dapper Skeleton or Elegant Skull.” The label artwork is inspired by a zinc etching of the same name by famous Mexican print maker Jose Guadalupe (circa 1912). The original art has become an icon of Dia de los Muertos and is closely tied with the cultural traditions of Mexico.

Malts: (German & English) Pale, Cara malt, Crystal 45 , Crystal 65, Crystal 90, Crystal 120, Chocolate, Roasted Barley and flaked Oats.

Hops: (Domestic) Northern Brewer and Willamette
