Join Cape Cod Beer and the CCLAMS Homebrew Club as we welcome well known homebrew author John Palmer to Cape Cod.
John is joining us for the MAY 6th CCLAMS meeting to talk about Brewing Water, a topic he covered in depth in his book : Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers (Brewing Elements). John is also the author of a series of books and video titled: HOW TO BREW.
This meeting with be half social meet and greet and the other half presentation. In the same fashion as other CCLAMS meetings, Dinner starts at 6pm, with the meeting/presentation starting at 7pm. $10 gets you dinner and two beer tickets. ( its a pretty good deal!) Plus you’ll learn something and meet some new friends!
