You won’t want to miss the Oyster Grand Tasting food event where master chefs from the USA and Japan will offer oyster dishes  ranging from classic favorites, to contemporary fusion creations, to international offerings that will delight your palate however cautious or adventurous.   Oyster cooked dishes will be presented alongside their naked version – numerous raw bars that will feature oysters from near and far.  This gastronomic event for food lovers will inspire greater appreciation for oysters both as a culinary staple, and as a vital species in preserving of our one ocean and its coastlines.
