Fundraiser for the 6th International Oyster Symposium Cape Cod
At the Oyster Grand Tasting food event, leading chefs will offer savory dishes ranging from classic favorites, to contemporary fusion creations, to international offerings that will delight your palate however cautious or adventurous. Fresh from the sea you will enjoy raw bars featuring oysters from around the Cape. This gastronomic event for food lovers will inspire greater appreciation for oysters both as a culinary staple, and as a vital species in preserving of our one ocean and its coastlines.
The evening will include a presentation by BARTON SEAVER Executive Chef, a Fellow at National Geographic and the New England Aquarium, and Director of the Healthy and Sustainable Food Program at the Center for Health and Global Environment at the Harvard School of Public Health.
