Description: Light, Crisp, Effervescent

This is a light, crisp, refreshing IPA where the malt & hop flavors take the back seat. In true IPA style, this beer maintains the bitter attribute but is more effervescent & aromatic. This dry IPA was brewed with Sorachi Ace hops, known for their lemon grass flavor, then amplified with dried mangos, fresh lemon grass, and crushed pink peppercorns to give it a subtle spicy and fruity twist.

Malts:  2 Row, Wheat

Hops:  Sorachi Ace

Food Pairings: White fish, shell fish, curry,  SE Asian dishes
