Description: Sweet & spiced iced coffee

In the third installment of our “Get Roasted” Series we’ve intensified the medium-bodied, silky smooth texture & gently roasted flavor of our Oatmeal Stout with help from our local friends. Cape Cod Coffee contributed Monsooned Malabar – coffee beans harvested & exposed to the monsoon rain & winds on the Malabar Coast of India for 3-4 months. This process gives the coffee beans a unique flavor with notes of spice & nuts. We paired that with ethically sourced cacao nibs from Chequessett Chocolate. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla & cardamom add the final touches to this unique & absolutely delicious beer.

OG: 16.7°P   ABV: 5.5%   IBUs: 42

Malts: (German & English) Pale, Cara malt, Crystal 45 , Crystal 65, Crystal 90, Crystal 120, Chocolate, Roasted Barley and flaked Oats.

Hops: (Domestic) Northern Brewer and Willamette
