Double dry hopped with modern American hops, in particular Citra and Mosaic, this beer has bright citrus flavors ubiquitous of the style. The flavors of grapefruit, guava, mango, and orange rind derived from the hops all give this beer another level of thirst-quenching bite that is still somehow soft and mellow.
We like to whip up a little something special every month! Casks are limited release beers and are only available at the brewery for tastes & pints while supplies last – generally no more than two days!
