Several years ago, The Golf Club – located in Falmouth – established the TGC Fund of the Cape Cod Foundation, a donor-advised fund that provides critical financial assistance to Cape-area veterans and active military families. Principle funding comes from “TGC for the Troops,” a golf tournament and reception supported by TGC management, members and local businesses. The TGC Fund touches hundreds of lives each year through grant applications submitted by registered 401(c)3 organizations that provide critical, “just-in-time” financial assistance to Cape veterans and active military families.
