Cape Cod Beer is excited to announce TWO new collaboration brews with Murder Hill Brewing of Northbridge, MA. Murder Hill is a brand-new brewery taking over the previous location of Purgatory Beer Co. slated to open in February. Murder Hill is owned by Ben Roesch, the former brewmaster and co-founder of Wormtown Brewery and his wife Adrienne. Ben is a great friend of Cape Cod Beer, so we are thrilled to be working together!

As Murder Hill is in the process of opening its taproom and brewing its own beers on site, they have come up with the idea of the “Sidepiece Project”. This project will consist of multiple collaboration brews with other local breweries that will be served at their taproom upon opening and in the taproom of the collaborating partner.  Some of the other breweries include Double Down Brewing, Seven Saws Brewing, Timberyard Brewing, Cambridge Brewing and more.

The Bold Brew Blend is a perfect blend of Cape Cod Beer’s award-winning porter and seasonal Imperial Stout conditioned on locally roasted coffee beans. This beer is dark yet smooth with hints of dark chocolate and strong aromas of fresh coffee.

Malts: Pale, Midnight Wheat, Extra Dark Crystal, Extra Black, Chocolate, Flaked Barley, English Crystal, Caramalt &Wheat

Hops: Nugget, Domestic Northern Brewer & Willamette
