Our single-hopped farmhouse ale features Sorachi Ace, a hop that was originally developed in Japan and is known for its lemony flavor. We’ve added pressed cranberries from Cranberry Sunset Farm. The result is a beer with a bright citrus overtone, a touch of cranberry tartness and an effervescent, dry finish.
