This is a dark, warming ale brewed with the seasonal spices of cinnamon & nutmeg to set you up for the holiday season. With a combination of a large amount of pale & german malts, this abbey-style triple was fermented with Belgian abbey yeast, to accommodate the high gravity and illuminate the sweet & spicy characters… we secured our spot on the Naughty List by adding molasses (basically more sugar) for fermenting resulting in an even higher ABV by the end of it. This 11.5% holiday ale was brewed with cinnamon sticks & nutmeg and is sure to slap you in the face with Christmas spirit. Sip on this brew to unwind from the holiday chaos or to stay warm on a cold winter day!

Hops: Mt. Hood
Food Pairings: Chestnuts roasted on an open fire, minced pies, molé, gingerbread, spiced and dried fruits, Pennsylvania Dutch Shoofly Pie
