It was an excellent year for peaches, so we’ve decided to brew a special beer to do them justice! This amber ale is the perfect balance of sweet & savory. Brewed with victory malt, this beer has a delicious biscuity taste to resemble the toasty topping of a fresh Peach Cobbler. Grüngeist hops create the big peach flavor & aroma with the help of Motueka & Mandarina adding a little more citrus to this brew. Then to finish the beer, we conditioned it on 8 pounds of dried peaches & toasted cinnamon sticks to create a brew that tastes like freshly baked and delicious Peach Cobbler!
