Cape Cod Beer is excited to be part of this fun annual event! We’ll be there with the beer trailer!
This a 35-mile ride through all the villages of the Town of Barnstable on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. In addition there will be a “43” grouping that will ride 43 miles (the riders must be able to average 21 miles per hour) and is limited to 50 riders. As part of the event, for those that wish to test their speeds, there will be three King of the Mountains (KOMs) and Queen of the Mountains (QOMs). Youth rides included.
The start and end of the ride is at Aselton Park, at the corner of South Street and Ocean Avenue in Hyannis, MA. Part of the route will follow the South Coast Bicycle Route, a signed, on-road bicycle route highlighting the villages of Barnstable on comfortable, quiet secondary roadways. Maps of the ride are at the bottom of the page.
The first 288 registrants, 13 and over, will receive a long-sleeve, quarter zip, wick shirt, and a cycling cap.
Beneficiaries of the event are: Barnstable Land Trust, The George Morrison Training Village, Mass Bike, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Cape Cod Maritime Museum and two others to be named.
