Beer: Big Sea Saison is a single-hopped farmhouse ale that features Sorachi Ace, a hop that was originally developed in Japan. This hop is cultivated from the famed Brewer’s Gold and Saaz hops and is known for its lemony flavor. The beer has a bright citrus overtone matched with an effervescent, dry finish, a hint of pepper and a little bit of funk.
Wine: Mayflower White (Riesling) A Silver Medalist at the Taster’s Guild International, this Rhine-style wine is produced from Riesling grapes grown in New York’s Finger Lakes. With a touch of sweetness and a hint of lemon, this flavorful, white wine is food-friendly; great with spicy or sweet meals and appetizers.
Puff pastry wrapped baby brie with cherry blossom apple raspberry compote and spicy pecan
Beer: Buster’s Brown Ale This American Brown Ale is brewed with a touch of rye to enhance the nutty character of the beer. Made with a blend of 6 different malts that includes pale, light crystal, chocolate, wheat, caramalt and rye. The flavor of the malts dominate the flavor profile of this beer allowing the subtle characteristics of the rye malt to be drawn out. The Chinook hops provide a nice upfront hop bite and the Cascade hops give the beer a mild citrusy aroma. This ale’s namesake is Buster Brown, a 8 year old Field Spaniel who is Cape Cod Beer’s brewery dog and a member of the Marcus family’s pack.
Wine:Billington’s Blend This cold climate Cabernet Sauvignon tends to produce notes of black currant, green bell pepper and cedar. This wine is blended with a medium bodied Zinfandel, with notes of black cherry and spice and a hint of cranberry to balance out the acidity. This wine pairs well with beef and strong cheeses.

Beer: Cape Cod Red A well-balanced amber ale with caramel and toffee malt notes and a subtle spicy hop character. Nothing but smooth sailing with this North American Style Amber Ale. This brew has a mouthful of malt flavor and just the right amount of hop character. The flagship of Cape Cod Beer, this beer won’t steer you wrong!
Wine: Mayflower Red (California Cabernet Sauvignon) This Eastern States Exposition medal winner is a smooth, full-bodied, red grape wine with soft tannins. Mayflower Red is made from California Cabernet Sauvignon. This lightly oaked wine displays notes of black currant, black cherry and black olive. Pairs well with red meats, charcuterie, mushrooms, dark chocolate, & bold cheeses.
Food: Berry Tartlet with crème anglaise, raspberry coulis, fresa cream and mint
Beer: Weizenbock is a strong, malty, fruity, wheat-based ale combining the best flavors of a dunkelweizen and the rich strength and body of a bock. Weizenbock has the distinction of being one of the heavy-hitters in both the wheat beer and bock families. Ours is unfiltered with a strong, rounded, malty backbone that showcases the aromatic yeast letting its fruity, banana-like quality emerge. At 8% ABV this beer is no light weight. We took our time lagering this gem to a smooth perfection and we hope you’ll take your time enjoying it.
Wine: Mixed Berry A dessert wine made from a blend of cranberries, blueberries, raspberries and black currents. With a plump aroma and impressive berry explosion aftertaste, this wine should be sipped slowly and enjoyed with your favorite dessert.
