Chef Clancy Heicher is creating a  5 Course Tasting Menu paired with Cape Cod Brewery’s finest beers.

The menu will be comprised of fresh, seasonal ingredients designed to compliment and highlight those subtle flavors found in Todd Marcus’ Cape Cod brews.  The evening begins at 6:30 and is only $40.00 per person. House Smoked Salmon with Frisee, dill crème fraiche, butter toasted brioche and tobiko caviar

Pork Tenderloin  over celery root mashed, kale and leeks with smoked red pepper broth, black olive puree
Paired with Cape Cod Weizenbock

Third Course

Grilled Lamb over mushroom risotto with sweet onion sauce and tomato fondue
Paired with Cape Cod Old Man Winter English Style Ale

Fourth Course

Tiramisu with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and rum-infused whipped mascarpone, dusted with cocoa powder
Paired with Cape Cod Porter
